CREATING A LEDAC TASK FORCE ON HEADQUARTERING BILLS PROGRAM FOR COMMERCIAL AND SUPPORT SERVICES
There is hereby created a LEDAC Task Force on Headquartering Bills Program for Commercial and Support Services to be composed of the following:

The Task Force shall be responsible for consolidating all the bills pending and those still to be filled in the Senate and in the House seeking the creation of a hospitable climate for multi-national companies to transfer their headquarters and operations in the country, including the setting-up of one-stop-shop processing facility.1aшphi1
This Memorandum shall take effect immediately.
