CREATING A TASK FORCE ON NATIONAL FOOD SECURITY UNDER THE LEGISLATIVE-EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COUNCIL (LEDAC) TO CONDUCT A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE NATIONAL FOOD LOGISTICS SYSTEM
There is hereby created a Task Force on National Food Security, which shall be under the Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) composed of the following:

The Task Force is hereby directed to convene immediately and shall submit its recommendations not later than November 15, 1995.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
