MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 308, August 25, 1995 ] There is hereby created an Inter-Agency Task Force to expedite the liquidation of outstanding cash advances of the various departments and agencies of the Executive Department as of December 31, 1994. The Task Force shall be chaired by Deputy Executive Secretary Luis C. Liwanag II, with one Undersecretary each from the following departments. 1. Department of Education Culture and Sports (DECS) 2. Department of Agriculture (DA) 3. Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) 4. Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) 5. Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) 6. Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) 7. Department of National Defense (DND) 8. Presidential Management Staff (PMS) 9.
