CREATING A HOUSING COMMITTEE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

1. There is hereby created in the Office of the President (Proper) a Housing Committee, hereinafter referred to as the Committee, composed of the following:

a.	A Representative from the Office of the Executive Secretary	Chairman
b.	A Representative from the Office of the Senior Deputy Executive Secretary	Vice-Chairman
c.	The Director Personnel Office	Member
d.	The Director Finance Office	Member
e.	The President, Office of the President Employees Network (OPEN	Member

The representative of the Executive Secretary to the National Housing Authority Board of Directors shall act as the Secretary.

2. The Committee shall have the following functions:

(a) To conduct a survey of OP officials and employees who are in need of a housing unit and have not previously availed of any housing benefit in the OP;

(b) To identify real property suitable for housing;

(c) To submit OP Housing Program for endorsement to the President; and

(d) To perform such other functions in furtherance of the foregoing.1aшphi1

3. This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
