AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 272, DATED MARCH 21, 1995, AND ENJOINING STRICT COMPLIANCE OF ALL UNITS WITH THE HEREIN PRESCRIBED WORK SCHEDULES

Memorandum Order No. 272 dated, March 21, 1995 is hereby amended to reinstitute the work schedule adopted under Memorandum Order No. 256, dated February 6, 1995, with some modifications, as follows:

1. The following frontline offices shall observe a 24 hours schedule:

Office of the Sr. Dep. Exec. Sec.

Office of the President Coordinating Center (OPCC)

Presidential Action Center (PACE)

Authentication Unit

(with 1 Collection Ofcr., Cash Div.)

Malacañang Clinic

Administrative Office

with their personnel being apportioned at the time slots listed below:

Mondays to Fridays

7AM – 4PM

8AM – 5PM

9AM – 6PM

10AM – 7PM

7PM – 7AM

Saturdays

7AM – 4PM

10AM – 7PM

All the other offices not listed above shall observe a 12-hour schedule daily (Monday to Friday), and maintain a skeletal force on Saturdays.1aшphi1

This Order shall take effect immediately.
