MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 273, March 27, 1995 ] DESIGNATING A SENIOR DUTY OFFICER AT THE OPCC (TASK FORCE LILY) For the purpose of effectively supervising the functions of the Office of the President Coordinating Center (OPCC), as well as the prompt production of reports of Task Force Lily (renamed Task Force Hope), the Assistant Secretary for Administration, Atty. Ernesto P, Martinez, is hereby designated ate Senior Duty Officer, in addition to his other duties. In the performance of his duties, he is hereby authorized to designate wm among available staff officers, such personnel as he may need to assist him, making certain that the OPCC and Task Force Lily are operational 24 hours daily, seven days a week.
