ADOPTING A WORK SCHEDULE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (PROPER) PURSUANT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NUMBERED 111 DATED JANUARY 17, 1995

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. Ill dated January 17, 1995, in furtherance of the effectiveness and responsiveness of government in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 60 dated July 8, 1993, geared towards sustaining a momentum for economic progress, a work, schedule is hereby adopted in the Office of the President (Proper) as follows:

Authentication Unit (with 1 Collection Ofcr, Cash Div.)
Malacañang Clinic
Administrative Office
Flexi-time schedule guide
Mondays to Fridays

8AM 5PM
9AM 6PM
10AM 7PM
7PM 7AM
Saturdays
7am 4pm
10am
7pm

All other offices not listed above will adopt the 7AM to 7PM flexi-time schedule guide under Cluster A as may be practicable.

Those personnel assigned on a 7PM-7AM time slot shall be on a regular work schedule from 7PM to 3AM, and on overtime by the hour from 3AM to 7AM of the following day.

Those who will be on official duty on Saturdays shall observe a day-off on the following Monday, provided that in the event they cannot avail themselves of this off-setting arrangement in the exigency of the service, they shall be entitled to overtime pay by the hour for their services on the weekend.

All officials and employees, regardless of their work schedule, are required to be present at the Flag Ceremony on Mondays.

This schedule will take effect on February 1, 1995. An assessment of the effectiveness of this work schedule shall be conducted after one month of its implementation.
