MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 255, January 27, 1995 ] AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF CY 1995 CLOTHING ALLOWANCE FOR OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (PROPER) Pursuant to Section 37 of the General General Appropriation Act of 1995 (R.A. No Provision of the 7845), officials and employees of this Office, regardless of the nature and/or source of their salaries/wages, provided they are in the service as of the date of the issuance of this Order or were appointed to any position and assume office not later than October 31, 1995 are hereby authorized to draw clothing allowance of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P1, 500. 00) PESOS each, effective immediately, chargeable against the pertinent current \|savings from either salary and/or maintenance and other operating expenditures, subject to the availability of funds and to applicable accounting and auditing rules and regulations. All officials and employees of this Office are likewise hereby authorized to draw 1995 additional clothing allowance of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P1,500.00) PESOS each, effective immediately, chargeable against the OP Trust Fund. (Authentication Fund). The Office Uniform Code shall be in accordance with the recommended guidelines prescribes by the Dress Code (Uniform) Committees, created under Special Order No. 29, dated January 23, 1995.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
