MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 254, January 27, 1995 ] Effective as of this date, overtime services at the National Program For Unification and the Development Council (NPUDC) and total overtime payments for its employees shall be governed by the provisions of Memorandum Order No. 152, dated July 26, 1993. All existing authorities issued to NPUDC employees to render overtime are hereby revoked. Henceforth, request for new authority shall be indorsed to the Office of the President Proper, through its Finance Office, by the Head of the Secretariat (NPUDC), in accordance with the requirements indicated in Memorandum Order No. 152.
