CREATING A COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE ALL THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE LOSS OF ONE (1) UNIT MITA FACSIMILE TC-120 SN47022745, IN ROOM 477 (AES LAGUSTAN’S OFFICE) ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
There is hereby created a Committee for the purpose of investigating all the facts and circumstances surrounding the loss of one (1) unit Mita Facsimile TC-120, SN 47022745, in Rm. 477 (AES Lagustan’s office).
The Committee shall be composed of:

For purposes of the investigation, the Committee is hereby authorized to take testimony or receive evidence, which authority shall include the power to administer oaths, summon witnesses and require the production of documents by subpoena duces tecum, pursuant to Book 1, Section 37, of the Administrative Code of 1987.
The Committee shall submit its findings and recommendation as soon as practicable to the undersigned through the Assistant Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs.1aшphi1
