MODIFYING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 94, DATED 24 FEBRUARY 1993; DESIGNATING THE MEMBERS OF THE LEGISLATIVE-EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COUNCIL UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7640

Memorandum Order No. 94, dated 24 February 1993, designating the members of the Legislative Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) under Republic Act No. 7640, is hereby modified to reflect the following membership of the Senate in the Council as designated by the President of the Senate:

1. Senator Leticia R. Shahani, in her capacity as Senate President Pro-Tempore;

2. Senator Alberto G. Romulo, in his capacity as Majority Leader; and

3. Anyone of the following Senators who shall serve alternately on a quarterly basis starting the fourth quarter of 1994:

a. Senator Neptali A. Gonzales, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance

b. Senator Gloria M. Arroyo, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Economic Affairs

c. Senator Ernesto F. Herrera, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Ways and Means

d. Senator Wigberto E. Tañada, Senate Minority Floor Leader

This memorandum order shall take effect immediately.
