Memorandum Order No. 230, dated September 5, 1994, authorizing the conduct of Values and Skills Development Training on Saturday, September 17, 1994, in this Office from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., at the Briefing Room, 4th Floor of the Administration Building, is hereby amended so as to authorize Ms. Edwina D. Daquiuag to draw additional cash advance of Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (P2,325.00) for snacks and meals of the lecturer and his assistants from the ROTC, the Training Staff and the participants, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements of this Office.
