MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 193, March 2, 1994 ] AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED (P 1,300.00) PESOS FOR CLOTHING ALLOWANCE TO EACH OF THE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (PROPER) FOR 1994, PURSUANT TO SECTION 38 OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS OF R.A. NO. 7663 (GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT, FY 1994) Payment of clothing allowance in the amount of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED (P 1,300.00 ) PESOS to each of the officials and employees in the Office of the President (Proper) whether permanent, casual or contractual, is hereby authorized, pursuant to Sec. 38 of the General Provisions of R.A. No. 7663 (General Appropriations Act, FY 1994). The office uniform shall conform to the guidelines to be prescribed by the Dress Code Committee reconstituted Special Order No. 75.1aшphi1 The Dress Code shall be strictly observed, pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 14, s. 1991. Violation thereof shall be considered as a ground for disciplinary action. To be entitled to the herein authorized clothing allowance, the Employee shall actually be in the service as of the issuance of this Order. For compliance. By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
