REQUIRING HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS (INCLUDING THEIR ATTACHED AGENCIES), GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS AND GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS TO SUBMIT INVENTORIES OF GOVERNMENT REAL PROPERTIES ABROAD
Pursuant to the agreement reached during the First Meeting of the Committee on Philippine Properties Abroad, all departments, including their attached agencies, government-owned and controlled corporations and government financial institutions are directed to submit an inventory of all government real properties abroad administered by their respective offices.
The inventory of real properties abroad should contain the following information:
1. Registered owner of the property (indicate whether Government of the Philippines/Department/GOCC/GFI)
2. Title of the Property (provide English Translation if necessary)
3. Size of the Property
4. Registered encumbrances on the property if any
5. Mode of acquisition of the property (indicate whether acquired through sale, swap, reparations, dacion en pago)
6. Limitations on the use upon acquisition of the property (e.g. for embassy use only)
7. Exemptions from the payment of any tax, fee, etc. of the property (if any)
8. Rules on the disposition of properties in the situs of the property in ordinary cases, in case of properties owned by foreign governments
9. Current use of the property
10. Improvements presently constructed over the property (e.g. building, warehouse, etc.)
11. Prospects for the maximum utilization of the property (lease, development, sale)
