TRANSFERRING THE PROPERTIES AND RECORDS OF THE DEFUNCT OFFICE OF THE PEACE COMMISSIONER TO THE NATIONAL UNIFICATION COMMISSION
The properties and records of the defunct Office of the Peace Commissioner are hereby transferred to the National Unification Commission.
The books of accounts of the defunct Office of the Peace Commissioner are hereby transferred to the Accounting Office, Office of the President Proper.
The unexpended balance of the appropriations of the defunct Office of the Peace Commissioner for the Calendar Year 1992 are hereby transferred to the National Treasury.
Any valid claim for compensation and other benefits that may be due to the personnel of the defunct Office of the Peace Commissioner is hereby authorized to be paid, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
This Memorandum Order supersedes Memorandum Order No. 31, dated August 31, 1992, and shall take effect immediately.ℒαwρhi৷
