Effective January 18, 1993, the following officials of the Office of the President shall take turns in presiding over the flag-raising ceremonies at 8:00 a.m. every Monday in front of Kalayaan Hall in accordance with the following order:

1. The Chief Presidential Legal Counsel

2. The Deputy Executive Secretary

3. The Presidential Management Staff Head

4. The Presidential Assistant for Political Affairs

5. The Assistant Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs
