Casis, Director III and Chief of Legal Services, Department of Agrarian Reform, is hereby designated, vice Atty. Dennis B. Funa, Director, Office of the Chief Presidential Legal Counsel, as a member of the Investigating Committee created under Memorandum Order No. 157 dated 16 August 1993 entitled “Creating a Committee To Investigate The Administrative Charges Against Anastacio M. Limbo, Jr., Regional Director (Region X), and Santiago Catubig, Assistant Regional Director (Region X), Department of Agrarian Reform”. The Committee created under Memorandum Order No. 157 is hereby given an extension of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the period stated in said Memorandum Order within which to submit its report and recommendations to the President.
