AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 131 (S. 1993)

Paragraph 10 of Memorandum Order No. 131 (S. 1993) is hereby amended to read as follows:

“10. The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) is hereby directed to conduct surveillance of all unauthorized treasure hunting activities, take appropriate action, and submit monthly reports thereon to the President through the Executive Secretary.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
