MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 175, October 16, 1993 ] DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BASES CONVERSION AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO INHIBIT FROM SELLING AREAS WITHIN THE FORT BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION Pending the completion of the investigation of the alleged anomalies involving the disposition and titling of certain portions of the Fort Bonifacio Military Reservation, the Chairman of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority is hereby directed to inhibit from selling the area within the Fort Bonifacio Military Reservation and Villamor Air Base to be disposed of it under Republic Act 7227 to individuals or associations/organizations already in place or attempting to gain a foothold therein through various squatting techniques for private residential purposes.
