[ Memorandum Order No. 174, October 16, 1993 ]

DIRECTING THE SECRETARY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AND THE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT TO JOINTLY STOP UNAUTHORIZED SQUATTING AT FORT BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION

Pending the completion of the investigation of the alleged anomalies involving the disposition and titling of certain portions of the Fort Bonifacio Military Reservation, the Secretary of National Defense and the Secretary of the Interior and Local Government are hereby jointly directed to:

a) stop unauthorized residency/squatting in the Fort Bonifacio Military Reservation and eject unauthorized residents/squatters from the said area; and

b) conduct a census of the squatters presently occupying the AFPOVAI, JUSMAG and NOVA areas.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
