MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 173, October 16, 1993 ] DIRECTING THE SOLICITOR GENERAL TO INSTITUTE ACTIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF TRANSFER CERTIFICATES OF TITLE COVERING CERTAIN AREAS OF THE FORT BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION Pursuant to existing laws, the Solicitor General is hereby directed to institute, in coordination with the Administrator of the Land Registration Authority: a) the corresponding action for cancellation of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 15084 in the name of the Southside Homeowner’s Ass., Inc. covering Lot 3-Y-1, Psd-76057 and Lot 3-Y-2, Psd-76057, consisting of 39.9922 hectares of the Fort Bonifacio Military Reservation; and b) a similar action for the cancellation of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 15387 in the name of Navy Officer’s Village Association; covering Lot 3, Swo-13-000183 consisting of 475,009 square meters; more or less.
