[ Memorandum Order No. 172, October 16, 1993 ]

DIRECTING THE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES TO PROHIBIT THE LAND MANAGEMENT BUREAU TO EXECUTE AND/OR ISSUE DEEDS OF SALE ON CERTAIN AREAS OF THE FORT BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION

Pending the investigation of the alleged anomalies involving the disposition and titling of certain portions of the Fort Bonifacio Military Reservation, the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby directed to:

a) prohibit the Director of the Land Management Bureau from executing/issuing Deeds of Sale covering the AFP Officers Village Association, Inc. area;

b) likewise, for the said Director, to refrain from executing/issuing Deeds of Sale on the areas covered by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority; and

c) also to refrain from processing and approving subdivision, consolidation, and consolidation subdivision survey plan covering the JUSMAG and NOVA areas.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force until further orders.
