MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 155, August 6, 1993 ] STAYING THE EFFECTIVITY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 66, SERIES OF 1993, PENDING THE MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF CEBU CITY ASSISTANT PROSECUTOR NICOLAS SELLON Upon the recommendation of Cebu City Mayor Tomas R. Osmeña, in order that the City may continuously avail of the expertise and factual familiarity of Cebu City Assistant Prosecutor Nicolas Sellon in the prosecution of the on going criminal cases against various employees implicated in anomalies at the Office of the City Assessor and to avoid prejudicing the said cases, the effectivity and implementation of Administrative Order 66 is hereby deferred and stayed pending resolution of the aforesaid prosecutor’s motion for reconsideration. Without prejudice to the action to be taken on the Motion for Reconsideration, the respondent Cebu City Assistant Prosecutor, Nicolas Sellon, is however, directed to submit to this Office a list of all criminal cases handled by him relating to the alleged anomalies in the Office of the City Assessor, and to file a written report direct to the Office of the President on the progress and status of all such cases every three (3) months hereafter.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
