CREATING A TASK FORCE/FACT-FINDING COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE COMPLAINTS OF THE ALLIANCE OF UNITED ATHLETES OF THE PHILIPPINES
There is hereby created a task force/fact finding Committee to investigate the complaints of the Alliance of United Athletes of the Philippines, to be composed of the following:

The Committee shall look into the complaints of the members of the Alliance and find ways and means of improving (1) the relations between PSC and POC on one hand and the athletes on the other and (2) the performance of the athletes.
The Committee shall have the powers and prerogatives of an investigating committee under the Administrative Code of 1987, including the power to summon witnesses, administer oaths, or take testimony or evidence relevant to the investigation by subpoena ad testificandum and subpoena duces tecum.
The Committee is authorized to call upon and secure the assistance of any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, in the performance of its duties and functions.
The Committee shall convene immediately, conduct the investigation in the most expeditious manner and submit its findings and report as soon as possible.1aшphi1
The Legal Office shall provide legal assistance as may be needed by the Committee.
