[ Memorandum Order No. 109, March 24, 1993 ]

DIRECTING ALL OFFICIALS, DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, OFFICES, AGENCIES AND INSTRUMENTALITIES OF NATIONAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO SUPPORT AND ASSIST THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES (GRP) NEGOTIATING PANEL IN THE PERFORMANCE OF ITS MANDATED TASKS

Considering the importance and urgency of the efforts of the GRP Negotiating Panel in their formal talks with the Rebolusyonaryong Alyansang Makabansa (RAM-SFP-YOU) and the Alyansang Tapat sa Sambayanan or Loyalist Forces (ALTAS), all officials, agencies, and instrumentalities of the national and local government are hereby directed to extend full support and assistance necessary for the GRP Negotiating Panel to perform its tasks.

Assistance shall include, but shall not be limited to:

1. Access to any documents, data, papers, or other information held by the official, agency, or instrumentality which is required by the Panel for purposes of negotiations;

2. Facilitation of communications between the Panel and the official, department, bureau office, agency, or instrumentality concerned by giving the Panel access to existing communication facilities; and

3. Provision of whatever assistance the Panel may require and is necessary for the proper conduct of the negotiations.ℒαwρhi৷

All heads of executive departments and line agencies are further instructed to issue the appropriate department orders to implement this Memorandum Order and ensure dissemination to all their national and local offices

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
