MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 47, October 13, 1992 ] AUTHORIZING ALL OFFICIALS WHO HOLD REGULAR PLANTILLA POSITIONS OF DIRECTOR IV IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT PROPER TO INCUR EXTRA-ORDINARY AND MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR OFFICIAL DUTIES In the interest of the service and in accordance with the provisions of Section 26, General Provisions of the General Appropriations Act for FY 1992, (Republic Act No. 7078); all officials in the Office of the President Proper who hold regular plantilla positions of Director IV are hereby authorized to incur extra-ordinary and miscellaneous expenses in connection with the performance of their official duties at such rates prescribed by the aforecited section for Bureau Directors chargeable against the funds of this Office and subject to the availability thereof and to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. It is understood that officials who were appointed in the service after January 1, 1992, shall be entitled to the same benefits provided in this Memorandum Order on the effectivity dates of their appointments.ᇈWᑭHILp> This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
