AUTHORIZING ALL OFFICIALS WHO HOLD REGULAR PLANTILLA POSITIONS OF DIRECTOR IV IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT PROPER AND WHO ARE HEADS OF OFFICES TO INCUR DURING CALENDAR YEAR 1992 EXTRAORDINARY AND MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR OFFICIAL DUTIES
In the interest of service and in accordance with the provisions of Section 26, General Provisions of the General Appropriations Act of 1992 (Republic Act No. 7180) as well as in the light of the observations of the Secretary of Budget and Management in his letter dated 19 February 1992, all officials hereinafter named in the Office of the President Proper who hold regular plantilla positions of Director IV and who actually discharge and execute the functions, duties and responsibilities of the position as heads of their respective offices are hereby authorized to incur extraordinary and miscellaneous expenses in connection with the performance of their official duties at such rates prescribed by the aforecited section for Bureau Regional Directors, chargeable against the funds of this Office and subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations:

Finance Office
In the case of the Legal Office, Attys. Vicente A. Galang and Auxencio S. Lucero shall each be entitled to the amout corresponding to the extraordinary expenses. However, considering that the Office of the President has only one Legal Office and miscellaneous expenses are intended for the office (Second paragraph, Section 26, R.A. No. 7180), the amount corresponding to the miscellaneous expenses shall be equally divided between them.
