AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 414 DATED 14 JANUARY 1992 CREATING THE TASK FORCE ON THE POWER CRISIS IN MINDANAO.
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order:
Section 1. Section 1 of Memorandum Order No. 414 dated 14 January 1992 is hereby amended to read, as follows:
“Section 1. There is hereby created the Task Force on the Power Crisis in Mindanao under the Office of the President to be composed of the following:
