CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE OFFICIAL VISIT OF HIS EXCELLENCY VO VAN KIET, PRIME MINISTER OF THE STATE COUNCIL OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM ON FEBRUARY 26 TO 28, 1992
There is hereby created a National Committee to take charge of the arrangements connected with the Official Visit of His Excellency Vo Van Kiet, Prime Minister of the State Council of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on February 26 to 28, 1992 to be composed of:

The Committee shall be responsible for the planning, coordination and effective execution of all arrangements to be made in connection with the official visit.<ᇈWᑭHIL/p>
The Committee is authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or any instrumentality of the government, including government-owned and controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need in discharging its duties and functions. The Committee is likewise authorized to create sub-committees as may be necessary.
This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
