SUBJECT	POLICY PRONOUNCEMENTS ON FOREIGN POLICY 13 July 1992

Please make sure that the following issues raised in a meeting of the President with the Senators held last 11 July 1992 are addressed accordingly:

Invite Congress as observers in the forthcoming Ministerial Conference Treaty Negotiation.

2. Make the necessary plans in anticipation of the 60th signatory-ratification of the Law of the Sea.

3. Comply with the legal provision that the President makes all the necessary pronouncements on Foreign Policy.
