MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 411, December 27, 1991 ] DESIGNATING THE PRESIDENTIAL TASK FORCE ON THE REHABILITATION OF MT. PINATUBO ERUPTION-AFFECTED AREAS AS ADDITIONAL LEAD GOVERNMENT AGENCY THAT SHALL OVERSEE REVERTED BASELANDS, THEIR FACILITIES AND DISPLACED WORKERS UNDER MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 394, SERIES OF 1991. Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order: Section 1. The Presidential Task Force on the Rehabilitation of Mt. Pinatubo Eruption-Affected Areas created under Memorandum Order No. 369, series of 1991, is hereby designated as an additional lead government agency that shall oversee reverted baselands, their facilities and displaced workers under Memorandum Order No. 394, series of 1991. The Task Force shall oversee the development of a parcel of land located at Barangay San Joaquin, Mabalacat, Pampanga, which is within the Clark Air Base Military Reservation, with an area of approximately one million eight hundred sixty-two thousand and eight hundred seventy (1,862,870) square meters, into a new settlement site for the Mt. Pinatubo eruption victims. Section 2. The Task Force shall likewise exercise the powers, functions and responsibilities vested in other lead government agencies under Memorandum Order No. 394, series of 1991. Section 3.
