AUTHORIZING ALL OFFICIALS WHO HOLD REGULAR PLANTILLA POSITIONS OF DIRECTOR IV IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT PROPER AND WHO ARE HEADS OF OFFICES TO INCUR EXTRA-ORDINARY AND MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR OFFICIAL DUTIES

In the interest of the service and in accordance with the provisions of Section 26, General Provisions of the General Appropriations Act for FY 1991 (Republic Act No. 7078), all officials in the Office of the President Proper who hold regular plantilla positions of Director IV and who are heads of offices as listed in Annex “A” hereof are hereby authorized to incur extra-ordinary and miscellaneous expenses in connection with the performance of their official duties at such rates prescribed by the aforecited section for Bureau Regional Directors, chargeable against the funds of this Office and subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

In cases where there are two (2) Directors IV in an office, the extra-ordinary and miscellaneous expenses herein authorized shall accrue to the senior Director IV, i.e., to the Director IV appointed earlier.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
