MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 401, October 14, 1991 ] REACTIVATING THE ANNUAL PROGRAM OF SPORTS ACTIVITIES IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT AND AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION THEREIN In line with the human resource development thrust of the Office of the President to boost employee morale, physical fitness and efficiency, the annual program of Sports activities for the officials and employees of this Office is hereby reactivated. In view hereof, a Malacañang Sports Committee which shall be provided with secretariat support by the Personnel Office, is hereby tasked to plan and implement said program.1aшphi1 All heads of primary units and offices are hereby authorized to allow as many officials and employees as may be required to attend and participate in said sports activities and to designate a sports coordinator in their respective units or offices. The payment of necessary and incidental expenses in connection with the herein sport activities is hereby authorized chargeable against the funds of this Office intended for the purpose, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
