MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 387, August 26, 1991 ] REVOKING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 353 CREATING AN INTERIM REGIONAL ACTION STAFF OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ACTION CENTER IN REGION VI. Executive Order No. 442, S. of 1991, creating the Presidential Action Center is being reviewed for possible changes in the organizational structure and functions of said office to enable it to meet the needs of the service. Pending completion of this review, Executive Order No. 353 dated March 24, 1991 creating an interim Regional Action Staff of the Presidential Action Center in Region VI is hereby revoked.1aшphi1 This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
