[ Memorandum Order No. 382, July 31, 1991 ]

EXTENDING THE LIFE OF THE PRESIDENTIAL TASK FORCE ON THE REHABILITATION OF EARTHQUAKE-AFFECTED AREAS CREATED UNDER MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 311 DATED AUGUST 1, 1990.

WHEREAS, the aforesaid Task Force has been given a one-year period from August 1, 1990 to perform its task of allocating the ₱10 Billion Fund under Republic Act No. 6960;

WHEREAS, the Task Force needs additional time in view of various requests for the augmentation and realignment of funds and the submission of accomplishment reports from the concerned departments, agencies and local government units;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the life of the Presidential Task Force on the Rehabilitation of Earthquake-Affected Areas up to August 31, 1991.

This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
