CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE OFFICIAL VISIT OF HER ROYAL HIGHNESS MAHA CHAKRI SIRINDHORN OF THAILAND FROM AUGUST 27, 1991 TO SEPTEMBER 1, 1991.

There is hereby created a National Committee to take charge of the arrangements connected with the Official Visit of Her Royal Highness Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of Thailand from August 27, 1991 to September 1, 1991, to be composed of:

Undersecretary of Budget and Management Member

The Committee shall be responsible for the planning, coordination and effective execution of all arrangements to be made in connection with the official visit.1aшphi1

The Committee is authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or any instrumentality of the government, including government-owned and controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need in discharging its duties and functions. The Committee is likewise authorized to create sub-committees as may be necessary.

This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
