[ Memorandum Order No. 367, June 18, 1991 ]
EXTENDING THE PROVISIONS OF MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 350
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby order:
Section 1. The provisions of Memorandum Order No. 350 are hereby extended for a period of four (4) months from the effectivity of this Memorandum Order.
Section 2. The importations under this Memorandum Order shall be exempted from the additional duty of nine (9%) percent ad valorem imposed under Executive Order No. 443 and the payment of such other fees being collected by concerned government agencies at their ports of entry.
Section 3. This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its publication in a national newspaper of general circulation.1aшphi1
