MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 364, May 17, 1991 ] PRESCRIBING REGULATIONS ON THE SUBMISSION OF MEDICAL CERTIFICATES TO SUPPORT APPLICATIONS FOR SICK LEAVE Effective immediately, applications of employees in the Office of the President Proper for sick leave of absence exceeding five (5) days shall be supported by a medical certificate issued by the Malacañang Clinic. In cases where medical certificates are issued by physicians who are not connected with our Clinic, the same shall be evaluated and endorsed by the Malacañang Clinic. Medical certificates supporting sick leave applications shall be evaluated by the Director of the Clinic or any of his Assistant Directors who shall make appropriate recommendations on the duration of the period of the sick leave.1aшphi1 Manila, May 17, 1991 The Lawphil Project - Arellano Law Foundation
