MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 362, May 14, 1991 ] Effective immediately all employees of this Office who have been authorized, and those who may still be authorized, to render overtime services during the current year shall only be allowed to collect monthly overtime payment not exceeding thirty (30) hours or P500, whichever is lower.
