CREATING AN INTERIM REGIONAL ACTION STAFF OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ACTION CENTER IN REGION VI (WESTERN VISAYAS)
In order to immediately implement the mandate of the Presidential Action Center under Executive Order No. 442, S. of 1991, an interim regional action staff for Region VI (Western Visayas) is hereby organized as follows:

The RPAC shall promulgate policies, plans and programs and projects, subject to approval by the Executive Director of PACE.1aшphi1
II. REGIONAL SECRETARIAT
The Regional Office of the Presidential Management Staff (Region VI Office) shall be the nucleus of the Regional Secretariat, and shall provide technical and administrative services to the Regional Presidential Action Center. Government agencies/instrumentalities in Region VI, including branch offices of government-owned and government-controlled corporations, are directed to extend assistance and support to RPAC including the detail of appropriate personnel, use of transport facilities and office equipment and other forms of logistical support. The sectoral and volunteer groups in the region shall coordinate with the RPAC in terms of services and facilities that may be provided the Regional Secretariat.
This Order takes effect immediately.
