MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 334, December 7, 1990 ] APPROVING THE CENTRAL BANK CIRCULAR PRESCRIBING THE REVISED DEBT TO EQUITY CONVERSION PROGRAM GUIDELINES, SERIES OF 1990 Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 32, series of 1986, and existing laws, the Central Bank Circular containing the revised guidelines relating to the program for the conversion of Philippine external debt into equity investments, as recommended by the Monetary Board in its Resolution No. 1230 dated November 16, 1990, is hereby approved. Memorandum Order No. 123, S. of 1987, entitled “Approving Revised Central Bank Circular No. 1111, Series of 1987,” is hereby deemed superseded.
