AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 313, S. 1990, ENTITLED “CREATING THE INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE FOR DOCUMENTING AND ESTABLISHING DATA BASE ON THE JULY 1990 EARTHQUAKE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order:
Section 1. Section 1 of Memorandum Order No. 313, s. 1990, is hereby amended to include as members of the Committee therein created, the following:
1. The Director-General, Philippine Information Agency
2. The President, Confederation of Filipino Consultants; and
3. The President, United Architects of the Philippines.
Section 2. Section 2 of Memorandum Order No. 313, s. 1990, is hereby amended to expand the functions of the Committee by adding a sub-paragraph (g) to read:
(g) Constitute a technical inquiry team to undertake an investigation of all seriously damaged/collapsed buildings and other structures caused by the recent earthquake, which shall submit reports and recommendation to the Committee.
Section 3. This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
