[ Memorandum Order No. 321, September 26, 1990 ]

DESIGNATING THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS AS MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMIC AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BOARD

WHEREAS, Section 4 of Executive Order No. 230, S. of 1987, states that: “(t)he President may, however, revise the membership of the National Economic and Development Authority Board whenever the same is deemed necessary for the effective performance of the Board’s functions thru an Administrative or Memorandum Order”;

WHEREAS, transportation and communications play a vital role in the economic development of our country;

IN VIEW THEREOF, the Secretary of Transportation and Communications is hereby designated as a member of the National Economic and Development Authority Board.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
