MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 310, July 31, 1990 ] Pursuant to the CSC Memorandum Circular No. 33, enjoining all heads of government bureaus, agencies, regional branches and offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations, to call for an employee assembly to discuss issues and problems affecting their employment conditions, the training staff of the Personnel Office is hereby authorized to convene for the purpose a representative group of employees of this Office coming from all our primary units on any appropriate date but not later than August 20, 1990, at a suitable place, if the briefing room will not be available.
