EXPRESSING CONCURRENCE IN THE COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS RESOLUTION NO. 2281 DATED JULY 6, 1990
Pursuant to Article IX(C), Section 2(4), of the 1987 Constitution. I, CORAZON C. AQUINO. President of the Philippines, do hereby concur in Resolution No. 2281. dated July 6, 1990, of the Commission on Elections deputizing the Commanding General of the 8th Infantry Division and the Philippine Constabulary (PC) Provincial Commander of Eastern Samar, and prescribing their duties and functions as deputy during the signing scheduled on July 14, 1990, or any day thereafter should there be postponement in connection with the petition for the recall of the Municipal Mayor of Sulat, Eastern Samar.
The Commanding General of the 8th Infantry Division and the PC Provincial Commander of Eastern Samar are hereby directed to coordinate and cooperate with the Commission on Elections in the performance of their duties and functions.1aшphi1
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
