EXPRESSING CONCURRENCE IN THE COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS RESOLUTION NO. 2278 DATED JULY 3, 1990
Pursuant to Article IX (C), Section 2(4), of the 1987 Constitution, I, Corazon C. Aquino, President of the Philippines, do hereby concur in Resolution No. 2278, dated July 3; 1990, of the Commission on Elections deputizing Col. Hercules Galon, Commanding Officer of the 2/4 Army Brigade, based at Bangcasi, Butuan City, Region X and prescribing his duties and functions as deputy during the signing scheduled on August 11, 18 and 25, 1990, or any day thereafter should there be postponement in connection with the petition for the recall of the City Mayor, Vice Mayor and Councilor of Butuan City.
Col. Hercules Galon’s hereby directed to coordinate and cooperate with the Commission on Elections in the performance of his duties and functions.1aшphi1
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
