MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 300, June 7, 1990 ] EXPRESSING CONCURRENCE IN THE COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS RESOLUTION NO. 2275 DATED JUNE 5, 1990 Pursuant to Article IX(C), Section 2(4), of the 1987 Constitution, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby concur in Resolution No. 2275, dated June 5, 1990, of the Commission on Elections deputizing, during the signing scheduled on June 9, 10, and 16, 1990, or any day set thereafter should there be postponement in connection with the petition for recall of the City Mayor of Angeles City, the Regional Commander, RECOM III, and prescribing his duties and functions as deputy of the Commission. The Regional Commander, RECOM III, is hereby directed to coordinate and cooperate with the Commission on Elections in the performance of his respective duties and functions.1aшphi1 This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
