APPROVING THE IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES, RULES AND REGULATIONS TO NATIONAL EMERGENCY MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 6 DATED JANUARY 4, 1990

In accordance with Section 1 of the National Emergency Memorandum Order No. 6, dated January 4, 1990, the attached Department Order No. A-04 of the Department of National Defense entitled “Implementing Guidelines, Rules and Regulations To Presidential National Emergency Memorandum Order No. 6 Dated January 4, 1990,” is hereby approved to be effective immediately upon publication thereof and this Memorandum Order at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
