During the celebration of Constitution Week on February 2 to 8, 1990, daily flag-raising and pledging to uphold and defend the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines ceremony shall be held at 9:00 A.M. at the Palace Grounds.

Heads of offices, other officials and personnel of the following units/offices are requested to attend the daily ceremony:

1. Guest House

2. Office of the President (Proper)

3. DBM offices inside the compound

4. OPS offices inside the compound

5. Presidential Management Staff

6. Cabinet Secretariat

Secretary Elfren S. Cruz has been designated by the President to coordinate with the above-named units/offices and issue guidelines to ensure maximum participation in, and success of the daily ceremony.1aшphi1
