PROVIDING FOR THE COMPOSITION OF THE TASK FORCE TO OVERSEE AND TAKE CHARGE OF ALL FILM-RELATED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES CREATED UNDER MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 2, SERIES OF 1986, AND CLARIFYING ITS DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by the Administrative Code of 1987, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order:
1.The Task Force To Oversee and Take Charge of All Film-Related Government Agencies created under Memorandum Order No. 2, Series of 1986, hereinafter referred to as the Task Force, shall be composed of the following:

2.The mandate of the Task Force shall extend to the management of film-related government agencies which have not yet normalized their operations, including but not limited to the Film Development Foundation of the Philippines.
3.The Task Force shall act as a collegial body under the Office of the President.1aшphi1
4.The Task Force shall render a periodic report to the Office of the President.
5.This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
